VAMIT Level is a mobile spirit level provided by VAMIT. It measures orientation on the X, Y and Z axes using sensors available on the device. No account is required.

Sensors and measurements
The app may use the gyroscope, rotation-vector sensor, gravity sensor and accelerometer. Readings are processed on the device to display the bubble, direction and signed angle. Sensor readings and measurements are not sent to a VAMIT server or tracked by VAMIT. Zero references and held measurements exist only during the active app session.
Data stored locally
The selected language, technical preferences, monthly subscription status, time of the last successful Play check and earlier one-time purchase status may be stored on the device. They remain until app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Google Play checks access for restoration using the same Google account. The local entitlement cache is excluded from Android cloud backup and device transfer.
Advertising and consent
The free version uses Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Depending on region, consent and Google settings, personalized or non-personalized/limited ads may be shown. According to Google, the SDK may automatically collect and share IP address/general location, app and ad interactions, diagnostic/performance information, and device/account identifiers such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Google states that this information is encrypted in transit using TLS.
The app uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) where consent is required. Available choices can be reviewed through Settings > Ad privacy. The Android advertising ID can also be reset or deleted in Android privacy settings.

Monthly ad-free subscription
The optional Google Play subscription remove_ads_monthly removes ads while access is valid. It renews automatically each month unless canceled in Google Play. The current local price is shown before purchase. Ad-free access continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation; measuring features remain free. Manage or restore access from Settings.
Google Play processes price, payment method, billing and purchase administration. The app receives the local price, status and a technical purchase token to activate access and acknowledge the purchase. VAMIT does not store that token on its own server. The app checks access on resume and periodically during use; if a check is unavailable, recently confirmed access can be used offline for up to 24 hours. Earlier remove_ads_forever purchases remain valid and are not automatically converted into subscriptions.
No VAMIT analytics, account or cloud
There is no VAMIT account, proprietary cloud sync, or separate analytics or crash-reporting SDK. VAMIT does not automatically receive sensor values, language choice or measurements.
Support, sharing and retention
If you email support, VAMIT receives only what you choose to send. Data may be processed by Google AdMob/Mobile Ads, Google UMP, Google Play and your email provider for their stated functions. VAMIT does not sell sensor readings or personal data. Local preferences remain until cleared or uninstalled; temporary measurements last only for the session; Google data follows Google’s controls and retention; support mail is kept only as reasonably needed.
Deletion and security
Clear local information through Android settings or uninstall the app. Ask VAMIT to delete support information at support@vamit.net. Manage Google information through Google’s privacy, ad and account controls. External SDK connections use secure transport where supported, though no system is risk-free.
Children and changes
VAMIT Level is a professional utility and is not specifically directed at children. This policy may change when the app, SDKs, services or laws change.
Measurement notice. VAMIT Level is a practical utility, not a certified surveying or safety instrument. Verify critical measurements with suitable calibrated equipment.

Sensoren en metingen
De app kan gyroscoop, rotatievector-, zwaartekracht- en versnellingssensor gebruiken. Metingen worden op het toestel verwerkt om bubble, richting en hoek te tonen. Sensorwaarden en metingen gaan niet naar een VAMIT-server en worden niet door VAMIT gevolgd. Nulpunt en vastgehouden meting bestaan alleen tijdens de actieve sessie.
Lokaal opgeslagen
De gekozen taal, technische voorkeuren, abonnementsstatus, het tijdstip van de laatste geslaagde Play-controle en de status van een eerdere eenmalige aankoop kunnen op het toestel blijven tot appgegevens worden gewist of de app wordt verwijderd. Google Play controleert toegang voor herstel op hetzelfde Google-account. De lokale aankoopstatus wordt niet meegenomen in Android-cloudback-up of toesteloverdracht.
Advertenties en toestemming
De gratis versie gebruikt Google AdMob via de Google Mobile Ads SDK. Afhankelijk van regio, toestemming en Google-instellingen kunnen gepersonaliseerde of niet-gepersonaliseerde/gelimiteerde advertenties verschijnen. Volgens Google kan de SDK automatisch IP-adres/algemene locatie, app- en advertentie-interacties, diagnose-/prestatiegegevens en apparaat-/account-ID’s zoals advertising ID en app set ID verzamelen en delen voor advertenties, analyse en fraudepreventie. Google meldt dat overdracht met TLS is versleuteld.
Google UMP vraagt waar nodig toestemming. Beschikbare keuzes staan onder Instellingen > Advertentieprivacy. De Android advertising ID kan ook in Android worden gereset of verwijderd.

Reclamevrij maandabonnement
Het optionele Google Play-abonnement remove_ads_monthly verwijdert advertenties zolang de toegang geldig is. Het wordt elke maand automatisch verlengd, tenzij je opzegt via Google Play. De actuele lokale prijs wordt vóór aankoop getoond. Na opzegging blijft reclamevrij geldig tot het einde van de betaalde periode; meetfuncties blijven gratis. Beheer of herstel toegang via Instellingen.
Google Play verwerkt prijs, betaling en aankoopadministratie. De app ontvangt prijs, status en een technisch token om toegang te activeren en de aankoop te bevestigen. VAMIT bewaart dat token niet op een eigen server. De app controleert toegang bij hervatten en periodiek tijdens gebruik; bij een onbereikbare controle kan recent bevestigde toegang maximaal 24 uur offline worden gebruikt. Eerdere aankopen van remove_ads_forever blijven geldig en worden niet automatisch in een abonnement omgezet.
Geen VAMIT analytics, account of cloud
Er is geen VAMIT-account, eigen cloudsync of afzonderlijke analytics-/crash-SDK. VAMIT ontvangt sensorwaarden, taal of metingen niet automatisch.
Support, delen en bewaren
Bij een supportmail ontvangt VAMIT alleen wat je zelf meestuurt. Google AdMob/Mobile Ads, Google UMP, Google Play en je maildienst kunnen gegevens verwerken voor hun genoemde functies. VAMIT verkoopt geen sensorwaarden of persoonsgegevens. Lokale voorkeuren blijven tot wissen/verwijderen; tijdelijke metingen alleen tijdens de sessie; Google hanteert eigen instellingen en termijnen; supportmail blijft alleen redelijk nodig bewaard.
Verwijderen en beveiliging
Wis lokale informatie via Android-instellingen of verwijder de app. Vraag verwijdering van supportinformatie via support@vamit.net. Beheer Google-informatie via Google privacy-, advertentie- en accountinstellingen. Externe SDK’s gebruiken beveiligd transport waar ondersteund, maar geen systeem is zonder risico.
Kinderen en wijzigingen
VAMIT Level is een professioneel hulpmiddel en niet specifiek gericht op kinderen. Dit beleid kan wijzigen wanneer app, SDK’s, diensten of wetgeving veranderen.
Meetwaarschuwing. VAMIT Level is een praktisch hulpmiddel en geen gecertificeerd landmeetkundig of veiligheidsinstrument. Controleer kritieke metingen met geschikt gekalibreerd gereedschap.
